Tokyo yıl 1969. Dünya "istilacılar" tarafından hücum altındadır. Maalesef halk, bunun farkında değilidir. Gizemli bir organizasyon A.E.G.I.S bu tehdite karşı koyacaktır. Ukiya Shun liseye giderken, istilacılar ile bir kızın savaşını gözlemler. Kıza yardım etmeyi dener ve kıza yardım ederken kendinde özel bir yetenek keşfeder. Bu yetenek "Kapı" tarafından sadece bir kaç özel kişiye verilen bir güçtür. Ukiya yeteneği ile beraber A.E.G.I.S grubuna girmiştir ve diğer kapı bekçileri ile beraber şehri koruyacaktır.
